"The Fire" is the name of our Youth Ministry. It exists to help students grow in their love for God and their neighbors. We have two major components that we emphasize: First, we desire that unconverted students would come to a saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior! Second, we hope that saved students would grow in their relationship with God as they grow in glorifying Him in every area of their life! We hope to accomplish these two goals with four elements: 

 

1.     Preaching- Teaching the Word verse by verse so that God can either cause students to be born again or help them grow in holiness.

2.     Praying- Praying for students regularly that they would either be born again or grow in holiness, and teaching them to pray.

3.     Partnering-Creating environments where students and leaders can grow in fellowship with one another through fun games and eating food together. And partnering with parents through this process.

4.     Programs-Finally, the three previous elements are funneled into what we do weekly and on yearly retreats/trips.

 

Sr. High Youth Group

If you or your student is in 9th-12th grade we invite you to come check us out! We meet at the church on Sunday nights from 6pm-8pm. We play games, have free food, a Bible Lesson and more!
